Busker showered with tips after woman tries to stop his performance
A busker singing Bob Marley’s No Woman No Cry has been showered by tips from cheering crowds after being abused in the street.
The unnamed busker was approached by the woman on crutches who stood close to him apparently trying to prevent him from playing.
He said: ‘A woman was causing this busker all sorts of problems by disrupting his act. The crowd were enjoying his performance until she came along.Then a woman comes and gives him money, followed by someone else, then more and more people pile in to give him cash.
‘There was nearly a riot as the crowd joined forces and backed the busker with cheering and money.’
John Baxter Walker posted the video online saying the woman was unhappy with the noise levels.
One woman told her: ‘Leave him alone, he’s trying to make some money. Go away.’
